Our Leadership
We are blessed to have dedicated leaders who serve our congregation with wisdom, compassion, and faith. Our elders shepherd the flock, our minister guides our spiritual growth, and our deacons serve the practical needs of the church.
Minister
Joe Williams
Joe has been working with the church in Henrietta since September 2016. Prior to that, he served the Lord in the ministry and served our country in the Navy. Joe has been married to his wife, Sara, for 49 years. They have 2 children, Scott and Sara Jo, and 4 grandchildren: Joe Dell, Ethan, Kaci, and Lindsey. Joe grew up in the church in Port Lavaca, Texas.
Elders
Our elders are available to meet with members for prayer, counseling, and spiritual guidance. If you would like to speak with an elder, please contact the church office or speak with any of our leaders after services.
Tommy Sims
Tommy has served as an elder for over 14 years. Before that he served as a deacon and has attended our congregation for over 60 years. He has been married to his wife, Margaret, for 7 years. Tommy has 3 children: Jason, Jennifer, and Ashton. Tommy is a retired school teacher and currently works as a teacher's aide at Henrietta Junior High.
Scott Williams
Scott serves the church as an elder. Please contact the church office for more information.
Brad Yurcho
Brad has served as an elder for 3 years. Before that he attended our congregation for about 12 years. He has been married to his wife, Vicki, for 27 years and they have 3 children: Trent, Todd, and Katie. Brad works in Henrietta as a financial advisor with Edward Jones. He graduated from ACU in 1990 with a degree in accounting.
